For the Cunnamulla Hot Springs tender, I worked with Belgravia Leisure (Destinations by Belgravia) to deliver a comprehensive submission that showcased a vision for revitalising this unique destination while honouring its heritage and unlocking its potential as a key wellness attraction.

My contributions included:

Tender Document Creation: Developed a detailed, visually engaging tender submission that clearly communicated Belgravia's expertise and the proposed strategy for the site, tailored to meet stakeholder expectations.

Brand Proposal: Crafted a brand identity concept that reflected the Cunnamulla Hot Springs' connection to nature, wellness, and the region’s cultural significance, ensuring it stood out as a premium offering.

Product Mockups: Designed mockups for a bespoke product range to create additional revenue streams, including skincare items, mud masks, and essential oils inspired by the hot springs' natural resources. These products were aligned with the proposed brand identity, offering visitors a take-home experience of the hot springs.

Signage Design: Conceptualised signage solutions that integrated with the site's heritage requirements, ensuring compliance while enhancing the visitor experience with interpretive and directional designs that respected the site’s historical narrative.

This project combined strategic design thinking with practical solutions to position Cunnamulla Hot Springs as a destination of choice for wellness tourism, blending innovation with cultural and environmental sensitivity.
